Description: There are more than 500 children in foster care in San Joaquin County. Consider becoming a foster parent and making a difference in the life of a child. We are located at 555 W. Benjamin Holt Dr., Suite 400, Stockton, CA 95207. From 1-5 take the Benjamin Holt exit. Travel east for 2 miles. Cross Pacific Avenue.
