When changing Louise it would be nice if you can move the street light at Union and Louise which is in the way of someone in a wheelchair crossing(near quickstop) the pole in in the middle of the sidewalk. Also the fence from Airport to Union is discusting, dingy and dirty looking(southside). There are many streets in Manteca that do not have sidewalks yet, which I feel are a lot more important then fixing up Louise, hope these things are in the Councils next move to improve Manteca
